Novel is best known for her accomplishment in coaching the Indonesian National Team for WSDC for the last three years, bringing the team to numerous breaks and awards at WSDC, including new records such as top 10 of Open Best Speakers.
She is also specially skilled in training beginners. At Binus English Club, she trained students with no past debate experiences to advance into winning multiple international awards, including multiple appearances in EFL Grandfinals of World Universities Debating Championship and victories in the EFL Category of tournaments such as Australs and UADC.
